The Alarm Response is an added services to those customers who already have a Patrol Service Contract.

The Cities throughout California have put in place an ordinance not to respond to commercial or residential burglary alarms, unless it has been physically identified.

We will work in conjunction with your monitoring company and local Police Department on making the correct decision on whether or not you actually do have an alarm break in or immediate threat to the property.

This is a major concern to consumers who pay for monitoring but don’t receive the level of protection by their local Police Department.

For an additional cost per month, On View Security Services will respond to the alarm dispatch.  We will recognize if you do actually have a break-in, and notify the correct authorities.
